Support for Date Overnight is handled through the members help centre, which covers accounts, billing, reports about members and this website.
Account and billing
For questions about your profile, a membership or a charge, use the help centre. You can manage most things yourself once you log in:
- Forgotten password: use the reset link on the login page.
- Cancel a membership: Settings > Billing.
- Delete your account: avatar > Settings > Delete Account.
- A charge you don't recognise: charges may not show as "Date Overnight". Check it against the billing name shown at checkout when you paid, then contact the help centre with the date and amount if you still don't recognise it. The prices page explains renewals.
Reporting a profile
Report a member from inside the members area, or through the help centre with their profile name and screenshots. If someone has asked you for money or threatened you, the safety page lists where to report it in your country. In an emergency, call the local emergency number first.
